Now that you have installed Platoria Shopify App , what's next?

The article below will walk you through importing and displaying your product's AI Generated Review Summary, customizing your Platoria widgets, and more. You will be ready to start leveraging the power of social proof marketing and increase your sales.

Display your product's AI Generated Review Summary

To display your product's AI Generated Review Summary using Platoria's widgets

One-Click Add Platoria AI Review Summary widgets

1. Open the Platoria Shopify App.
2. Click on Customization on the home page.
3. Select "AI Review Summaries" from the list of customizations.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add to Widgets".

To manually add the Platoria AI Review Summary widgets

1. Inside the Shopify Themes menu, click "Customize" to access the Theme Editor

   

2. Click "Add section" and select the Platoria widget you'd like to display on your page:

   

3. Drag the widget's app block and drop it where you would like it to appear:

   

4. Click "Save".

Activating the Platoria Stars

When you set up Platoria for the first time, during onboarding you will be asked to enable Platoria Stars. In case, you skipped that step and want to add again please follow this:

One-Click Add Platoria Stars Embed

1. Open the Platoria Shopify App.
2. Click on Customization on the home page.
3. Select "Star Ratings" from the list of customizations.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Enable Embed".

To manually Enable the Platoria Stars

1. Inside the Shopify Themes menu, click "Customize" to access the Theme Editor

   

2. Click and open the “App embeds” side menu:

   

3. Toggle on the "Platoria Ratings":

   

4. Save.

Once activated, Platoria Stars can be displayed across your products on all pages conditon being they have AI Generated Review Summaries.
